I’m very disappointed with the company, but I would like the opportunity to get the upgraded whip. I need whip so that I can use my stand mixer for all the functions it is made for. They will happily sell this item to us for an extra expense, this item that certainly should have been included with the original package. Very disappointed in KitchenAid! I LOVE my KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer! I use it several times a week, BUT and it’s a big BUT.I’m very disappointed in the cheap whip that is included with the mixer along with the paddle and dough hook.
